Term and
Conditional

Book your trip at least 1 month before the date.
For first payment you have to pay 50% when you book the trip and full payment when you arrive in Pangkalan Bun.
If the trip is canceled by the participants, the first payment cannot be returned.
If the trip is canceled by us (Wildlife Orangutan Borneo), the first payment will be returned.
If bad weather occurs resulting in delays, Wildlife OrangUtan Borneo will not be responsible and the participants will still be charged according to the trip schedule.
Wildlife OrangUtan Borneo is not responsible and cannot be sued for :
1. Loss of personal belongings with any reason.
2. Damage, loss and delay of baggage by airlines or another transportation.
3. Death of participants due to illness, accidents, etc.
Tour participants who have booked a tour package are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are binding and cannot be canceled for any reason.

Wildlife OrangUtan Borneo will always develop our payment system for future transactions. The temporary payment methods available are via Bank Transfer and Wise Transfer.

For fishing activity will be managed by the arrival time of the guest, it can be placed on first day or last day

If you want another activities beside fishing or if you want to have fishing activity on another package, please contact us for another deals
The schedule for Night Trekking can be placed before dinner or after dinner. Our guide will manage the time by the situation and condition in that time
